What we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name and email when you take the assessment or subscribe, and the details you submit through inquiry forms. Assessment answers are stored with your results. We also record first-party, privacy-conscious usage events (page actions, form submissions) with an anonymous browser identifier — we do not use third-party advertising trackers or fingerprinting.

How we use it

To deliver your assessment report and the email sequences you opt into, to respond to inquiries, to operate member accounts, and to understand what on the site is useful. We never sell personal data.

Email consent

You only receive marketing email if you explicitly opt in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (receipts, account notices) are sent as needed.

Assessment data

Individual assessment responses are private. When organizations run assessment campaigns, they receive aggregate, anonymized reporting only — never individual answers, unless you explicitly consent in writing.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the site. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
