Refund & Cancellation Policy

Courses

Become Unshakable purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than half the course has been accessed. Cohort seats may be transferred to a later cohort once at no charge with at least 7 days' notice before the cohort start.

Coaching programs

Group and private coaching terms — including cancellation windows, pauses, and pro-rated refunds — are stated in each program agreement before you commit.

Speaking engagements

Deposits, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for speaking and corporate programs are defined in the engagement contract.
