FLUX VITA Performance provides education, keynote speaking, coaching, and performance tools. Access to paid programs is governed by the specific terms presented at purchase or in your program agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

Intellectual property

The FLUX VITA method, course materials, recordings, and site content are the intellectual property of FLUX VITA Performance. Program access is personal and non-transferable; corporate licenses are governed by their agreements.

No guarantees

We teach systems and practices. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and effort — we make no guarantees of specific personal, professional, or financial results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLUX VITA Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs.
